Thanks for inspection my house. I was very impressed with your thorough inspection. I never expected that you would be so thorough. Because of your inspection you found a couple of issues, one being a gas leak and a non-working furnace. After the builder fixed the issues/concerns, I purchased the house. I would like to add that even a newly built home has issues and should be inspected.
