Our goal at Space City Inspections is to perform a thorough structural and mechanical Houston and Galveston inspection and generate a well-written report that will provide our clients in the Houston and Galveston areas with a fair and honest assessment of the condition of the property. Building on the form required by the Texas Real Estate Commission, we provide a comprehensive written inspection report that is accurate and complete. The report is provided within 24 hours of the inspection and usually on the same day.

In addition to the normal structural & mechanical inspection, we can also provide inspections and reports of optional systems such as swimming pool & spa systems, lawn sprinkler systems, boat houses, and boat lifts & visible water well equipment. We can arrange for a Houston and Galveston Area wood-destroying insect (termite) inspection and report if you'd like.
