Ed Fryday was very professional and thorough and the photos in the report made it easy to skim through the report.

Immediately, I knew the reviews on Yelp was legit and here's why. I was looking to purchase a home and took Tuesday off for the inspector. It turns out that the seller was not informed of the inspection and turned him away. We had to get the inspection done that very week. Luckily Ed had a cancellation and could do it the following Saturday. BUT, before he confirmed with ME, he confirmed with the seller's agent that Saturday would be acceptable. If the previous inspector had done this, I wouldn't have taken Tuesday off.

We met the inspector and provided us with a wealth of information and guidance. I compared his report to the seller's report and ours was much more informative.

One more thing, once he emailed me the report, he called to make sure I received it - another aspect of his professionalism.

We come across poor service across all industries and it's nice to have a positive experience every now and then.
