I recently had an inspection done by Space City Inspections, LLC for a home I was considering in Santa Fe, TX. Ed Fryday performed the inspection and, in my opinion, did an outstanding job. Before the inspection he sent me a letter of what to expect, including the time he would begin. He asked that I meet him at the property so I could see everything he was doing. I arrived on time and Ed was already at work. I was very impressed with the thoroughness of the job and his attention to detail. I felt completely confident in his ability and the assessment of the problems that were discovered. Because of this extensive inspection and the areas of concern that were discovered I decided that this was not the house for me. I am grateful to Ed for giving me the tools to make an informed decision and keep me from making a huge mistake that surely would have cost me a lot of money.
