Ed was the inspector hired by the couple buying my house. He was very professional and even though he was clearly working for them, he was very courteous to me.

Ed was extremely thorough and found every little thing that was wrong with the house. I was so impressed that I hired him to inspect the house I was moving into and he did a very thorough job there identifying many things that needed to be fixed.
