Ed Fryday was our home inspector during our recent home purchase, and we couldn't have been happier. He was very professional and helpful, both during our communication prior to the inspection as well as during the inspection itself. He encourages his clients to be present during the inspection and is happy to give detailed explanations of everything he does and finds. I went along as he inspected our new home, and he answered any questions I had and never seemed rushed or bothered. He was always friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. He sent the inspection report very fast and answered several questions we had over the next week. The report itself is extremely detailed, with good pictures and descriptions. All in all, working with Ed was a great experience, and we would recommend him and his services wholeheartedly.
