I have to say, although I was not present for the whole inspection, it was very apparent that Ed had thoroughly and methodically inspected the home well. He took the the time to pick the house apart section by section, interior and exterior and then delivered a report with his findings the same day. He took the time to explain his findings and we actually did a 30-45 minute walk through after he was done to explain/highlight any areas of concern. We would highly recommend him.
