Ed came out on short notice to inspect our new house.  Our inspection report was very detailed and Ed even put links in the report so that we could learn more about particular items.  Ed was very thorough and methodical in how he performed his inspection.  One thing I really liked about him was that before he came onto the property, he had put on knee pads and a tool pouch.  In other words, it was a "hands on" inspection.  I know on previous visits to the house that I had looked at a few things several times and didn't see any issues, but Ed put those knee pads and gloves to work and uncovered loose bricks in our fireplace and some faulty wiring.  Great job!!!
