Ed was prompt to our early morning appointment and graciously allowed us to follow him over the next four hours as he explained everything to us. He was more than willing to answer questions and did an incredibly thorough job. His report came later that day and was detailed with colored pictures and annotations, as well as recommendations. His observations clearly came from years of experience and study, and he was extremely courteous and professional throughout. Ed absolutely enjoys being a home inspector and it shows. I'd recommend him to anyone.
