I was purchasing a new home and I picked Space City Inspections based on the reviews I read. I did my homework and looked at other inspection services as well. I met up with Mr. Ed Fryday on 2/11/19 in the morning it took about 3.5 hrs, I have to say I was very pleased with his work. I did not feel that he rushed the service instead took his time to show me things and explained what he was doing. I even appreciated his recommendations and the importance of knowing your home. I am pleased with the report and how he submitted photos pointed out the concerns with recommendations. Not to mention inspection and report all done in one day. The website was very helpful as well. I have to say it was worth the money I spent. I especially like the fact that he recommend the buyer be PRESENT during the inspection he was very open to you asking questions. I will recommend his services to friends, family and anyone who ask. Thank you again Mr. Fryday for your services.
