What a great experience. Ed Fryday of Space City Inspections is top notch in all of the work that he does. His inspections are thorough and meticulous. He inspected the new home we were buying, and caught several problems the builders and their inspectors missed. Ed is courteous, professional, and honest in his dealings (a rarity these days). The inspection itself took about three hours and I had a full written report in my inbox that very evening, with photos of all problem areas.
