Space City Inspections, LLC is pleased to announce that as of 09/28/19 Ed Fryday is now credentialed as a Certified Master Inspector (CMI)® , which is the inspection industry’s top professional designation.

The Master Inspector Certification Board has awarded the Certified Master Inspector (CMI)® designation to Mr. Fryday for demonstrating the highest level of competency by completing several thousand fee-paid inspections and/or hours of inspection-related Continuing Education, for having been in the inspection business for over 15 years, for abiding by the industry’s toughest Code of Ethics, and for agreeing to periodic background checks.

Mr. Fryday is also certified by the American Society of Home inspectors (ASHI), the Texas Professional Real Estate Inspectors Association, The Texas Association of Real Estate Inspectors and the Pool & Hot Tub Alliance (formerly the National Swimming Pool Foundation) to perform inspections on swimming pools and hot tubs.
