DO NOT BUY A HOUSE!!!  Without hiring Ed and Space City to do an inspection :-)

He was incredibly thorough, and knowledgeable, and he never tried to upsell me on contracting work.

He is a master inspector/sage/hero. He walked us through EVERYTHING we needed to consider in a way that was easy to understand. He didn't scare us unnecessarily but didn't overlook anything either.

Our lender had an appraiser who did an "inspection"... took pictures in and out of the house for 10 mins and asked no questions. They didn't "find" anything. That's why you need a master inspector.

Ed and Space City gave us an honest view of what we were getting ourselves into with this home. He walked us through every nook and cranny of the house. Educated us on the home and its odd things to consider (which every home has!). And made us feel like we knew what we were getting ourselves into.

His report was comprehensive and will be an asset to us for years to come!
