I found Ed via a Google search and all the positive reviews. He was quick to respond and schedule. He was very thorough and detailed in reporting and was very instructive as I followed him on the inspection taking the time to answer questions and explain things to me. Even had a follow-up question and Ed was right about it. Highly recommend.
